If previous guests are still checking out, you can leave your luggage with us, collect your keys and start enjoying your time in Rome while we clean and prepare your room for you!

No, the use of communal kitchen is limited to preparing tea/coffee and storing food in the fridge. There is a microwave at guests disposal to reheat food or for precooked meals, but cooking in general is not permitted.
